Will Guild wars 2 servers be console and computer accessible?

Recently I saw a thread saying Guildwars 2 would be on console also. I was wondering because my brother has an xbox and I have a computer, if we both were to get it can we play together? Of course this probably hasn't been confirmed yet so if you don't know say what you think they will do.

At this point they have a "small team" exploring consoles. There is no official information about anything beyond that.

Everything i've read said that it's in the early stages, meaning that it's planned, but it most likely won't be released at the same time as or even near the same time as the PC version.

It might happen, it might not happen. Like edge said, they're probably just exploring the possibility of it right now.

I'm wondering about this too. If I played on the PC and my husband plays on our television ...can we play together. He says no, I say ...maybe!

The he started yelling about how it was impossible due to different platforms and I walked away with my ears plugged going "lalalala cant wait to play with you lalala."
