Activating the account.

So yeah, I need to activate my account after buying but neither of the cards I use to pay with in League of Legends is going through in ToR and DAMN sure I'm not paying for a gamecard code to activate it before I even try the game. So, is there any other way? This is starting to be a quite serious issue of "y u no want my moneyz." here... >.>
