[Boomkin] 384 Cunning of the Cruel or 397 Insignia of the Corrupted Mind?

I am wondering which trinket will provide more DPS on a single-target boss fight. 384 Cunning of the Cruel or 397 Insignia of the Corrupted Mind.

Insignia single target for sure. I would use cunning on warmaster, yor'sahj, but the equal ilvl one not lower.
I tested on dummy, VLPC hc does even more dmg then cunning single target.

Definitely Insignia for single target. Even compared to 397 CotC it would still be better for single.

Multi target, now that's different... Yor'sahj HM even 384 Cunning should beat out insignia easily.
