It will work on ethernet.

What it does is, normally your PC will save up packets (data) until it has enough to send, that way it it's more efficient since it's sending several packets at once. This hack makes your PC send it immediately instead of waiting, and less waiting means lower pings. It basically prioritises speed/response over making life easier for routers.

Work out during the day at some point. Take a walk, go jogging, ride a bike, go lift some weights, do something for at least half an hour, and you will sleep better and for longer. At least that is my personal experience. Yours may vary.

You could also use breath-right strips and try allergy pills to see if they help. I know I did and it has helped quite a bit.
