No idea yet what my home server would be (so dunno about WvWvW). But I'll be playing with at least one friend who I used to play wow with, and we're trying to depopulate the old guild I left there and bring ppl over to GW2 It's my little gift to Anet.

I think Mif said before that it all depends on where the servers are for his home server, if there are Oceania servers he'll prob play there. And it's the same for me at launch as well. I'm stuck in the arse end of the world internet wise in China and will try to get a close server/one my mates are playing on. Likely Europe.

But.....I'm well up for doing stuff with ppl from here! Awesome

I'd hope we could find a common ground on a server that best optimizes our time zones efficiently, as we all know everyone is on different continents and such, time zones will be a bitch im afraid.

Hopefully whichever server we choose is not too far from everyone else, it may have to come down to a US server as North america is the best Middle ground for N.A./Europe and the Pacific methinks.

I am currently in an absolutely awesome multigaming guild (MoX), so that will probably decide which server I'm on... And I don't think I will have too much influence, changing which server the MMO-C guild or the MoX guild will be on

BUT, if it is the same server, I will DEFINITELY join in! Most people on these forums are most pleasant as well, and it's also fun to do stuff together with some other guys than the ones you already play Tera/WoW/SC2 with (as well) :P (Our guild is 500 big, but still, it's nice to do stuff with others as well rite?)

Plan on making an Asura Necromancer or Mesmer, named szemere.

What's the source for that information that you can only be in 3 guilds at once? I've gotten behind in my infoz since the press beta, not that there has been that much guild information released from Arenanet regarding guilds (guilds in Guild Wars 2, imagine that hehhhh). I'm somewhat disappointed that it's such a low number as 3, but then again having been in pretty much just one WoW guild for about the entire 6-7 years I played that game, I am having a little trouble imagining how I would even be able to take advantage of being a member of say, 10 guilds, let alone the proposed quantity of 3.

BTW I saw in some videos that the way they display guild tags is with a bracket and then they have their call letters, so Johnny McCharr in <Heroes of Tyria> would be "Johnny McCharr [HoT]." The MMO-Champion guild could have a less "immersion-disruptive" name and simply have the guild calling tag of "[MMOC]." That is if we beat the <Mighty Masses of Charr> guild to getting our call letters reserved, of course.

As for joke/meme names, how about <Ghoti Mining Consortium> (as in "how I mine for fish?")
