@Vanni - I'm more poor than you. I might make $400 a month if I go out on EACH Sunday to do four men's league games, which would require me to be out under the cancer-causing Texas sun from 8am to 5pm. About normal for a standard job shift I suppose, but I'd be out under the bright sun with my pale pale skin the whole time. I always come back from such shifts painfully dehydrated and painfully sunburned.

It's been a while since I looked into unemployment. Technically I'm not employed by these people.

hmm...that does suck a bit more than myself I'd say Drake. Though, I'd imagine that the cost of living in Texas might be a bit less than in Illinois. Though, I admit, I have no idea. lol

Cost of living in Texas is actually fairly cheap. I think I saw some apartments about a month back for around $300/month.

Texas is a really great place to live - the only real drawback in *my* book is the ridiculously hot weather. It often seems like the people down here are nicer, too, or maybe it's just that the weather is so hot that nobody can be bothered with treating each other poorly.

It's usually pretty humid down here, yeah, so it's not nearly as bad as Arizona I guess.
