As i did a thread before and dident really get any sort of fix i,m calling you guys once again to see if you have any solution?

This problem that ive had since the start of the year only looks worse and worse by every singel day passing...

Got 44-44 latancy 60fps questing/farming/afking org 30-40 fps raiding

Play at 1920x1020 re

Let me put it this way let say you play as a shaman and cast a spell the spell for me feels 2x as long and the click respound time are some times timly of...
It gose for CD Moveing and auto attacking as well...

Its not only in wow its in lol as well..
Say i play vayne you know her fast and quick for me she's timely of with her attack, when ever i,m a bout to shot she slowly move forward and shoots at a veary slow speed
(Thats why i stopt playing lol since it was imposible to last hit)
And it can't be an internet problem otherwise i wouldent have 33-33 latancy all the time...
And the fps stays at 60 so thats not a problem tryd without vertical sync but dident really change anything : /

You can't go back to the other un hd stuff when you playd at 1920x1020...

Well, what's your internet provider, this kind of seems like one of those satelite internet problems.

If you want to upgrade, something like a 6950 or GTX 560 (maybe Ti) is what you would need to run Ultra without shadows on max. I still don't quite understand what the problem is, video might help if it is something you know how to quickly and easily do.

Also, have you done the typical scan for viruses, malware, spyware, etc? If it's not one of those or a provider thing, it might be an addon.

Okey to put it out a bit better i hope..
1. Have notic that some cast lag the animation and make em re cast it but without actulay recasting it in game its just me that can se it...
Know that this sound like an internet problem but if it were how could i have fine ping?
2. I actualy had this with my older graphic card fuck'd up pixel's at random spots often the mail icon..
3 Strange flashes in orgrimmar.
4 Slow reaction to spells... (Feels like an old man slowly pushing the spells..
5 Random hickups/shutter that always are seen at some areas strange thing tho is that it feels like it go's down to 30 fps but only gose down to 59...

Don't recast the spell its just the antimation that re cast it..

Satelite connections although will show a great ping, isn't really a good option for gaming, it's gotten better over the years, but it's still poop compared to a wired connection, or even wifi. You still haven't provided us your internet provider though.

Are you running multiple AV? Or have you just tried different ones out?

I wouldn't be so sure of this. Latency is a single measurement that's taken from the server to your PC. So if your getting a great connection down it's normally going to be fine.

Show the Down AND up results. Also, which ISP do you use? Is it DSL, Cable, Wireless etc?
