I normally run Resti with enhance as my offspec so I'm not quite sure which would be the better option. I have the 403 No'kaled as my mainhand. The switch allows me to gain ~2.5 mastery at the loss of the offhand proc, which by my understanding the chance is halved by being in my offhand. With the Morningstar I have a little over 17.5 mastery, keeping expertise and spell hit caps. Just looking for some advice from those who run enhance more than I do.
