Bartender4 makes keybinds painless. just mouseover the button on your bars and press the keybind you want to use. I use Z, Shift-Z, and Cntrl-Z for my most popular shifts. Also recommend a 5 button mouse at least. Walmart has one for $14 that is actually really good. You'll need those extra buttons for the abilities we gain in MoP. I'm using them for my cooldown buttons.
