How Much Money do You Make

How much money do you make a year?

I thought it would be interesting to see what the mmo champ community is like.

Do you think you should be making more than you are?

I'm a full time student at the moment and do not make any money except the "pocket money" I get from my parents, which is about
    7.000 - 7.500€ per year.

    That poll won't reveal anything.

First: It's lacking currency, but I'll just assume it's USD.
Second: You'd have to put it into relation with other incomes in the region to get anything meaningful out of it.
Third: Average cost of living should also be included, because earning 100$ in a poor place might buy you more convenience and luxury than 200$ in a wealthy place.

Nope, far from it. I just worked hard, got to know the right people and found my perfect job.

I make a little over $27k before taxes, which is decent for the area, but not enough for my liking... With two degrees and five years of experience in the field, I believe I deserve more, but I'm happy with it for now.

Of course, there are other things to consider, like the fact that I'm the only IT guy (which means I can do basically whatever I want), the fact that I knew all of my superiors before I started to work here, the fact that my co-workers are nice and we do things outside of work, etc.

All things considered I make more than enough for me. Probably not as much as I could, but my job is good and has perks that would be tough to attach a monetary value.

Personally 87K (Lawyer- definitely under paid, especially considering the student loan debt)- Joint 219K (wife's a doctor- who is also seriously under paid).

Bit of an odd question ... in UK terms I earn about £15 an hour... but as I live in Denmark now I pay 40% tax on that so it sounds more impressive than it is xD

~4-5k€(tax free)+1,5k€(after taxes) in summer as student

I selected 100,000+ but it greatly differs depending on the amount of work and also the time i can invest. I have 2 degrees, working on a law degree now but I do Digital Imaging and Special Effects work for my uncles advertising company when it's needed and I have the time. I average a couple of 100 an hour as he classes me as a consultant allowing me to be paid more but i can work anywhere from 40 hours a week in the summer to 0 during exam season so its hard to give an estimate overall. Plus as I live a very simple life I have more money saved then i could spend being unemployed for a few years so i don't tend to really pay much attention. I have a girlfriend for that.
