Well yeah, Rytlock is my desktop wallpaper, of course I'd have to wear his armor at some point when possible.
Will likely be a VERY popular set though, so I won't be wearing it all of the time when I get it.

I'm looking at my desktop right now, that armor is quite clearly made from Rytlock's concept art.
They did originally say that any armor you see on an NPC you can get for yourself, to be fair, so it would only make sense that you can get armor with the same skin as Rytlock's.

They did originally say that any armor you see on an NPC you can get for yourself, to be fair, so it would only make sense that you can get armor with the same skin as Rytlock's.

Look at the gloves and shoulders, they are the exact same.
The chest is too, but it's hard to see in the first video you linked.
The only difference is the dyes, and you can dye your armor as you see fit in GW2.

You don't think the chest looks similar, correct?
Look at the shape, then look at the collar of the shirt and the way it's bent in both videos. CAN NOT BE UNSEEN.
