PS/2 is direct hardware interrupt, it has no polling rate


also, im at my friends house watching him play DayZ, he's running around a map and stealing every vehicle and hiding them in a spot in the mountains, the hilariousness is listening to people complaining about not being able to find a vehicle

Seriously, 2 sticks of RAM, x79.
Then going ahead and say that "You don't need to buy a heatsink, right?" "Correct, only for overclocking". Again, LGA2011-processor. Not buying a heatsink as a recommendation. (3.45 onwards)

TIM spread method the needs to be done on the CPU, not the heatsink, these guys are as bad as first day A+ students

They also installed the fan on the heatsink to push the hot air down in the case.

They've got it pretty much all installed, and haven't plugged in the auxiliary power connector yet (22 min)...

If they installed it blowing up through the heatsink radiator then it would probably catch on all those cables they have bunched up in the bottom half of the case

Laziest way to get a "liquid cooling loop" in your rig. Also the cheapest. If I ever wanted to go liquid, I'd go custom so I can drain etc etc.

It may be "lazy", but that doesn't make it bad... Closed-loop systems are cheap (comparatively) and perform well. They also take up a lot less room than air-coolers with similar performance.

In other news: Fractal Design is really making me want to go back to a mid-tower build with the Arc Midi V2, so pretty. I'd switch in an instant if they weren't so unwieldy to transport around.

I could cart around an Arc Midi V2 (I carted around an Arc Midi with a custom water loop afterall)... I just don't want to.

Small builds also mean smaller footprint, which is nice in an apartment.
