They added GW2 and it was really simple.

I plan on playing on my mac. Have to install Windows 7 via Bootcamp. These are my specs:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz
    Memory: 4GB RAM
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT, 256 MB

It's a 2009 MacBook Pro. Do you think I'll be able to run it? And if so, how well?

Damn, seems I'm going to need to get a new video card & that means I'm also going to need to get a new motherboard since my current one is maxed out.

They added Guild Wars 2 in the drop down, try it out... Seeing how this was just added, I'm assuming it is following the guidelines of the system requirements.

No, it's just the CPU name. All modern processors are 64-bit but they run 32-bit OS just fine. And most games are 32-bit anyway.

Yeah you will be able to run it. Expect a mix of low / medium settings. The HD5670 video card is really weak when playing games at 1920x1080 screen resolution but if you play on a lower resolution expect slightly better performance. When available turn shadows and anti-aliasing off to keep a steady fps.

I'll just post what i think is neccessary

    Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6750, 2.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
    Memory - 4096MB RAM
Card name - NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
    Memory - 4096MB RAM
Yes but expect to be playing on low settings with shadows and anti-aliasing off.

Should run fairly well with a mix of low / medium settings. Since its a laptop it will play at a lower screen resolution which is a good thing for the HD5650, but expect to turn shadows and anti-aliasing off.

    Intel I7 quad 2670QM 2.20GHZ 6mb
    8g of ram 1333mhz
    And a 1.5gb gtx 560m
Think it'll push medium? High? (Thinking mostly of WvWvW maybe causing it to die horrifically in a hot molten pile of plastic)
I would expect that system to play on a mix of high / ultra pretty easily. May need to scale some settings down in WvWvW but that is about it.

    All taken from some review.
The AMD A series chips are actually quite nice for a mid range laptop. They fill a void where you can generally get an I5 but its shitty integrated Intel HD. The AMD chip with HD6720 will play quite smoothly on a mix of medium/high . I would disable shadows and anti-aliasing for a smooth like butter FPS though.

It's not very good but it'll work. The 1.4 clock is lower than it should be though.
The AMD A6 3400 should have a turbo clock multiplier that bumps it up to 2.1Ghz I believe, if memory serves me right. It is also a quad core. Should be more than adequate.

The processor is unfortunately much older than 3 years however it should run very smoothly with a mix of low / medium settings. Might even push high during questing, but expect to lower settings in WvWvW. As mentioned to other people turn shadows off and anti-aliasing off and that HD5700 series will run very smooth.

It will run the game but expect to play on low settings with shadows and anti-aliasing disabled. Unfortunately the hardware in that macbook pro has been leap frogged by several generations.

Actually your laptop is pretty good for the price range. Expect to play around medium with the potential of some settings being on high. In WvWvW though expect to tier down settings for optimal FPS.

Your at the min spec's, so you would probably get low to medium , and without shadows high maybe in some areas.

You should be able to run it smooth no real issues, lower or disable shadows if you have problems.

I'm not the greatest finding out where my computer is on the ranking, especially for specs. I've only ever bought $350-500 laptops, and a lot of other people are running on MUCH better graphics cards then what I've got.

    Processor: AMD A6-Series
    Processor speed: 2.4 ghz
    RAM: 8gb DDR3
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6520G

Can this run it? If so, on what setting?
    Thanks
