Fixing a laptop

I have a Toshiba Satellite L455D-S5976. I tried to fix it before and the last time by setting it to its factory resets, but the charging cable and the battery is faulty. So, while it was going through its motions of deleting and reinstalling everything it turned off and one of the things needed to boot the computer didn't install My question is would their be any way in fixing it?

I know that I have to get a new charger and battery.

Use the recovery disks or recovery partition and restart the Windows installation. If your computer can't access the recovery partition any longer then post back.
