The problem as I have already said about ATLA>LoK is that LoK is not a finished series unlike ATLA.

Pretty much this. Besides I think they both do what they do very well. Korra is more mature, and ATLA was more lighthearted and funny. Both are great, just in different ways.

I have a dwarf ele shaman named Iroh. Thought it fit perfectly, fire and lightning spells, plus you can get close to Iroh's hair and beard style as a dwarf.

I'm pretty sure Iroh is from the warcraft RPG. Let's say a 2nd edition healer that has taken levels in the shaman path and has sworn some sort of oath to Ragnaros, limiting his spell potential but extending his firebenders and spiritual insight, as well as having a few levels of brewmaster.

Such a copycat =) Zuko has always been my favourite with Sokka 2nd and Toph 3rd

I actually like him a lot. If anything it's Mako that's lacking. I much prefer Korra to Aang though, I liked Aang sure enough but Korra just has so much more going on really
