    One thing I always did, both in my native language and when doing English assignments in class, was looking up synonyms for my adjectives. Instead of using "weird" a lot of times, mix "uncanny" in there for example.
    Helped me a lot.

    Get an SAT vocabulary guide and done.

    The SAT is a standardized exam given in the US for students wishing to go to college. SAT words are in a sense "college-level" words and might satisfy your need.

    You can also use the English name for WoW arena gear. After so many arena seasons Blizz is really trying hard to come up with names and you find plenty of multisyllabic words in the gear names. :P
