For those how paid attention how much a difference it made before and after, how much of a dps increase is it for a SP single/multi target? Would you say it's in the line of 1k dps or more like 3-6k? Compared to say HC Rathrak/Ledger.

Well I can't compare to Rathrak/Ledger but I think my dps went up and average of about 2k after I got the legendary.... been awhile but that's my best recollection.

I wouldn't say it's 3-6k. Somewhere along the lines of a 1-3k DPS boost from HC Rath/Ledger combo.
