Endeavour is a 10-man guild, created recently from a core of players which raided together the past 2 years. We have decided to leave our guild and create something small and versatile, with very high aims. After having almost 100% attendance for 300+ raids, we feel that we have matured as raiders, and we are ready to raid on a more relaxed raiding enviroment, but with much higher targets in terms of progression.

First of all we believe that 3 nights a week are enough for a very good progress, if the team is on the same level and mentality, and that is the first target of this guild: We want to create a raiding environment which players will feel that they belong to, IF they are able to contribute equally to progress.

Unfortunately we like to be called a "raiding" guild and that means that each and everyone from us is judged accordingly to his or her performance in raids. We dont have that much raiding time for "teaching" players their class or the encounters, and we know that a wipe night is much easier when all the players are at the same level. What we are looking for are players with dedication, gaming skills and knowledge of their classes.

With only 5 resets raiding as a guild, we are now at 6/8 HC and we feel that we re at the right track as our raids are completely relaxed yet serious, the atmosphere is competitive but fun, and noone is feeling the need to use (super-pro-nerd-gaming-uber) words of rage!

So....some details.

Recruitment: Knowing the BiS items, having read about the latest changes for your class, having the correct talents and reforges are some of the things that we will be very picky about. Also, gear-wise, having the best gear that you can obtain (Valor points, reputation enchants etc.) gemmed and enchanted correctly is mandatory. I dont even want to mention the proffesions, having 2 beneficial ones for your class is something we expect. As a recruit, we require from you to attend all raids, and deliver your best performance in them.

Loot: Since we consider the 10-man raiding as a "small" and friendly raid size, we use Loot Council for the loot. Noone is really fused about it, we distribute loot with the whole team's performance in mind. As long as the person who gets it, gives back to the raid better performance, loot is well given.

Communication: We use Ventrilo as a com program, having it ready to setup is a must. You MUST be able to talk on Vent, even if you are avoiding it in general, a quick notification for important things is often a wipe-saver, like "I DC'ED". Now, of course you have the right to add after it, "FFS".

Raiding Schedule: We raid three days a week, Wednesday Thursday and Sunday from 20:30 to 23:30. These days might come to change as time passes and we get to redefine our goals with new progress content and/or farming raid instances. In other words, the days are not set in stone for all eternity, but since we CAN discuss those things, if and when they change, it will be a team decision.

Right now, we re recruiting a Warlock or an Elemental Shaman. I know everyone is writing this, but we WILL consider any exceptional applicant (except tanks, no sir, no tanks!) If you really think you have the same targets as us, and you are capable of keeping up, contact one of us in game, or make an application at the website!
