I remember getting mine around 40. It was a Flashpoint drop afaik. they become pretty common past a certain level.

There are some nice BH helms that drop in the Boarding Party FP that are around level 33 to equip. They're not that skin though, afaik, but still nice.

The one that most resembles the image you linked is http://www.torhead.com/item/4yfbzQP/...slaught-helmet, however it's one you'll have to wait until your 40's for. There are many color variations with no true green "Boba Fett" type. You can buy one at level 40 at the BH pvp vendor.

In your upper 40's, you can also get this style http://www.torhead.com/item/ewcvWSM/...orpsman-helmet. Again, with various color variations.
