This may seem like a noob thing to ask but I cannot figure out how to make an account on their site. I wanna have an account ready for when the pre-purchase begins but I can't figure out where you make one. I also checked guildwars.com and arenanet with no luck. If they just don't have accounts on their website (I know you can make one after you buy the game on the character login screen) how will I pre-purchase?
