The title says it all:*How do Soul Link, Sacrificial Pact, and Grimoire of Sacrifice work in MoP?

I saw from another video that Soul Link seems to have gotten some minor changes (I'm not sure, just seeking to verify).

In addition, how much HP absorption does Sacrificial Pact seem to grant on use? How much HP does the Warlock and his/her pet have at the moment on MoP Beta?

Lastly, how does the bonus damage and HP get reduced over time for the Grimoire of Sacrifice. Is it worth casting it? Sounds like it works pretty well with Dark Bargain.*
