Cheap "concept" style rower?

Tried a few other rowers and there's not many that seem to have the same feel as the concept rower that tends to be the default gym option. Unfortunately as they start at around £500 for a second hand model they're a bit out of my price range. Does anyone know of a cheaper rower with the same style of action?

No-one know of any? Even something in the £200-250 price range would likely do. I just need a decent smooth action with the "add speed to a flywheel/fan" kind of idea the concept uses.

Unfortunately, I've yet to find a suitable alternative to the concepts.

For the price its really just worth getting a gym membership to use them there (I know you can rent them at home but it's not cheap!)
