Are there any RBG exploiters on US realms?

I am asking if there are any RBG win trader/exploiters on US realms, because EU is pathetic... people are cheating and seems like EU Game Masters are doing nothing with it, just check EU ladder:

It's been months are they aren't removed from ladder... it's just sad to watch nor their are banned for so obvious cheating.

That's nuts, but I don't doubt it's happening here too. I usually just see the adverts for carrying in arena for glad / elite gear but it wouldn't surprise me at all.

We did some 1900 RBGs last night and we ran into the weirdest team. It wa sa WSG game, and they had a 1964 rating but no one was over 1800 individual rating, there were even a few zero rating players. We could not figure out how their rating was that high, then we decided that they had won a bunch in a row and just got the 3-4 zero rating players in after people had left. Game starts, we charge out, they all leave. I got 25 rating bump. We figured they had to be win trading and when we were not the team to trade with they armoryed us and decided they could not win straight up.

I've seen boosters advertising on any given day, but to my knowledge they don't utilize win-trading, but rather they use your character to actually win the games (that is, the ones that don't simply hijack and launder your account, lol)
