Should have been today but its been delayed.

Expect it at the end of the week tho, but seeing how the 'mastery pages will change' went from a static date (10/4) to 'soon' it wont be today or tomorrow atleast.

Anyone knows where to find the full list of the patch notes? In their announcement section they've got a few posts of a few things each time, but I can't seem to find the rune changes anywhere :s
