We must chat. Lately I bought Baby 1.0. It turns out you aren't really done with this release yet. It doesn't have the user experience set up correctly - the product just crys when it has a need. Second, the product experiences massive memory leaks all the freaking time. Your programming sucks, frankly. Finally, I can't even get tech support on the line. Bad enough they are only open on Sunday, but it's in some strange language no one has ever heard of. To top it all off, the designer (You) haven't been heard from in in 2000 years. When can we expect an upgrade to this product?
