Dumb question but.. How the hell do you do it? I invited my friend from another server so we can do MC but I have no clue how to get him in here.

Not hard, You simply invite - Convert raid both of you can be in the same instance. Only time you can't do it is if you try it with BH or DS; Other raids are valid for cross realm.

He simply hops in the raid instance or you cast have group have travel

Kill all of the bosses in molten core for him to spawn, He will then spawn in his lair. Just press map and you will his lair.
