Any solution on the "Failed to read" error in the MoP launcher?

Trying to download the new patch, but can't because of a "Failed to read a required file" error, had no problems before this patch, but now it seems it simply won't download. I've almost tried everything deleting folders killing the "agent.exe" task, nothing seems to work.

I got this error just this morning and wasn't experiencing any problems. When I failed to log in after many attempts at the launcher I bypassed it by doing the following.

Go to your MoP Folder (The Folder that Contains the MoP beta files)

Find WoW.exe (The Icon for me looked kinda like a WoW icon except it said Test)

Run this (as administrator if on vista)

Go through the disclaimers and log in

Close the game and try running the launcher again
