Lookin for good EST PvP server (US)

Hey guys, I've been playing on darkspear US and have been thinking of moving to a server that is based near my home (in NJ). Any suggestions on what battle-group/server to play on for competitive pvp? Will this help lag at all? I've been getting serious lag when dueling and in BGs and my internet is the best we can get in my area, so I thought the servers location might matter.

I played on a west coast server, got around 150 ms... Switched to an east coast server, have around 30 ms. I can't recommend a realm for ya though.
