X79 Sabertooth or Rampage Formula

SO I cannot decide between the Rampage Forumula

and the Sabertooth for the x79 chipset

It seems like there is nothing between them, maybe a slightly larger heatpipe on the Ramgpage around the CPU...

Anyone have a comment on either, what is best in your opinion?

The two main differences I see are max memory and pci3.0 slots. Rampage comes with a dedicated sound card which can be a plus. But unless you plan to run 3+ video cards, I would probably save a few bucks and get the Sabertooth.
