US-Ysera: Natural Order 8/8H US#143 - 25-Man 4Life; Casters & More!

Good afternoon MMO Community! Akraen here, from Natural Order on US-Ysera.

Now is the perfect time to join us if you have the motivation, drive, and skill to advance into Mists of Pandaria! Regardless of your current gearing, you could be what we are looking for as we advance into new content! We need people who take the game seriously and have a hardcore approach to their class and playstyle. We have long been known for "Hardcore Raiding on a Casual Schedule" and will continue with that as our mission statement as we continue 25-man raiding!

Quick Facts:
- We are on Ysera (PVE), Alliance side.
- Our time zone is eastern.
- Raid times are:

- Tuesday 7:45 to 11:30
- Wednesday 7:45 to 11:30
- Sunday 7:45 to 11:30

- We aren't lacking bodies, we're in need of extreme WoL ranking skill.
- Very high need: Warlocks, Enhancement Shaman, Mages

Alt runs on Mondays. Rated BGs on Thursdays and Sundays since 8/8H DS only takes 1 night. Sometimes we leave up Heroic Madness to sell a mount on Wednesday then do some old content afterwards. We're a very active guild.

Now, not to be too wordy in this post, I would like to briefly give you my take on some things as the guild master. We have been a raiding guild for nearly 7 years, with ups, downs, and so-forth. However, we have been taking raiding to a new level of progression recently. I have been fostering the growth of raiders as well as focusing on performance above all else. We use metrics for analysis, such as epeenbot.com to analyze performance on a raid-to-raid basis and improve upon what we do.

I have been very focused in getting us into the top 100 guilds, and we have made impressive progress. In Tier 11 we were US #1939, which is nothing to boast about, then in Tier 12 we were US # 1499 (before we got Rag after 4.3).

But, in Tier 13, we managed to get enough strong players to move forward in progression to where we sit right now, at US #143. Our rankings can be found on WoW Progress: http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/...ting.tier13_25

While the extremely high US/World rankings for the normal modes don't necessarily "matter" - they show how we are dedicated to an initial push and getting our guild to the next level.

I am very proud to be at the head of this guild, but we need more. We need dedicated DPS who live for this stuff, but also enjoy a social aspect. With rated BGs, achievement runs, Restomac(tm) Guild Events (puzzles/hide-seek/etc), and bi-annual real life guild parties, we have a fun environment which people call home for years at a time, often returning to us even if they decide to leave.

For MoP we intend to push progression even harder, but maintain our guild culture and atmosphere, as we have a very large member rank cheering us on!

I've been actively hardcore raiding since Vanilla WoW, and I can say without a fiber of doubt that Natural Order is the best guild I have ever been in.

Over the past two years I've made real life friends, attended guild parties, and have been able to clear all the content put before us while in Natural Order. The GM and one of my best friends, Akraen, has been able to juggle hardcore raiding on a casual three night a week schedule for all of the years I've known him.

For any strong-willed raiders looking for a permanent home in the hardcore raiding community, then this guild is surely for you. Come join us as we shoot for top 100 progression in Mists of Pandaria and beyond.

As someone who joined in the middle of Ulduar and has been in the guild since (plus I am now an officer), I wholeheartedly agree with Renôs' above comment. I have only been in about three or four dedicated raiding guilds over the years (I, too, began raiding in Vanilla), and I can say without hesitation that this is the best one I've ever been in.

I would like to add that we are also pretty much closed on tanks and healers, but as always, truly exceptional players may apply.
