Help me: Check official english forums for me

Hey guys,

can anyone access the official english forums for me and look in the support category?

I have a problem that all people that were in the last betas or the stress test seem to have: I can't chose a server (can't access server list, it goes directly to character creation).

Are there any useful information concerning this?

English forum doesn't let me in, and on german forum are no useful information...
