The coolest part of it was the depiction of a badass-looking angel (Tyrael, I assume). It's very popular to depict evil (demons, etc) as "cool", but angels are badass too.

Although I still haven't played the game but I have a feeling in the back of my mind that this game won't be dark enough. I don't mean the RGB sliders ofc.
A prime evil interrogating a dude thru deception in a mental institution. Then setting the whole thing on fire. Let's hope Blizz still knows what Diablo is about...

The beta had a desperate town burning a hill of corpses while hiding behind a wall barricaded as much by gore as it was splintering wood. I felt like the Leoric story was presented well in terms of setting the mood as well. And the survivors...basically everyone who makes it out of a confrontation alive turns. Its like a bleak zombiepocalypse tale. Poor fools dying in front of you in the dungeons instead of simply providing a corpse that serves as an unremarkable loot container.
