World PVP in Mists?

With no pvp zones such as Tol Barad and Wintergrasp, I was wondering, has anything been added into the Beta that will promote world pvp in any way shape or form?

I was told there would be PvP initiated for the sole purpose of spawning raid bosses in the World, possibly wherever the PvP starts. But from what I am told it is somewhere along the lines of having a raid group attack a main city and after so many hk's or perhaps after killing the king you spawn a boss that drops loot. However do not quote me on this. =P
