<Burn Phase> is now recruiting for our hardcore 10man raids. Our guild was 6/7H last tier as a casual raiding guild. We have switched officers and shifted to a hardcore raiding approach. Since the switch from casual to hardcore we have downed 5/8H in about 3 week span. We still do not have a full competent group and are looking for only serious and dedicated players. Our ultimate goal is to push server firsts.

We are on Bleeding Hollow Horde, a PvP server that runs on EST time zone.

We raid on Mon., Tues., Wed. from 8:30 to 11:30 EST.

What we are recruiting: (Core Spots)

1 - Caster w/ equal skill in a healing OS (prefer Boom/Resto but will look at all)

1- Caster (Mage, Lock, Boomkin, Spriest)

1- Frost Dk w/ equal skill as Blood.

We will look at all exceptional applications. We expect greatness, so do not waste our time if you are not at least 4/8H and are wearing RF gear. We will examine your parses in detail and we will examine your character in detail. If you have 1 kill on all hardmodes, we will suspect a carry, so do not waste our time.

We will explore the possibility of paying for your xfer or faction change if you are interested and a solid enough applicant.
