A lot of other posts I have found (older ones, didnt want to necro one.) state that the file is located in an enGB archive of some kind. I do not have this, yet I am able to force play the boss emote in game.
Can anyone tell me where boss sounds are located in the MPQ files so I can stop spending 2 hours trying to find Hagara's intro?
Edit: NVM, FOUND THEM!
They are located within the MPQ called expansion3-speech, for anyone who is interested.

Has to be one of the MPQs in World of Warcraft\Data\enGB. Have you checked all of these?
Path inside the MPQ is the same as the one in the /run command you use to play the file.
