Testing DPS.

Is there any way to test dps for MoP beta?
I know addons don't work. And uploading combatlogs to WoL only works for boss fights.
Is there any program that can take a combat log for like, a target dummy, and tell me how much dps I was doing?

One thing to remember is that most of the time the number balancing comes later in the patch but it still may be good information to gather for Blizz to see if something needs to be addressed sooner rather than later *cough*Chaos Bolt*cough*
