Move Blizzard bar

Is it possible to move Blizzard extra bar? I mean the one that appears in new instances, such as hourglass on HoT heroic or those extra buttons on ultraxion and madness?

Yes you can use Bartender to do it.

I belive MoveAnything can work, unless you have any actionbar addon, which have options to do so aswell.

the hourglass that appears in end time is an Alternate Power Bar, the same thing that displays chogal corruption level, rhyoliths movement direction, how many feathers you have on alysrazer. you can download various addons to change and move this (bartender will not move this frame)

the extra action button for ultraxion and madness can be moved using bartender

or you can just use this addon:
