[SC2] Blizzard doesn't want my money!

So I've had star craft 2 for a while, just starter edition, then last night my friends who play pressured me into getting full so I did and it was fun to play with them last night.

Then I received an email today saying that the transaction failed authentication. Asked my credit card company and they said they approved it and that the merchant (Blizzard Entertainment) is the one that declined it.

So, I guess blizzard doesn't want me to play star craft after actually upgrading to full.

What up with that?
