i have got the same problem, and i reset all setting on my internet explorer. Just go on your internet option and go to advanced tab and reset all setting and delete all user parameter and try it again. that will be working
run the original setup again which did the download, fixed it for my wife... That error appears to be from an incomplete download of the agent stuff.
