My biggest wish is for a true TIE Fighter or X-Wing remake. I want it done right, not destroyed by modern game design (ie making Syndicate a FPS).
The runner up would be a true remake of Syndicate.

The Guardian Legend
It was a pretty amazing game in it's time. It had quite a good soundtrack too, especially considering it's an NES game. A remake could take on a similar style of a 3rd person Metroid Prime or possibly DMC for the overworld, while the shooter areas would suit the style of on rails shooters like Star Fox.
Also, considering how RPGs are these days, a remake of Secret of Mana would be pretty solid. Too bad that series took a dump after the 16 bit days. Though Legend has a great soundtrack.

Vampire: the Masquerade. As a solid action-based rpg like Bloodlines, not mmo that is in plans. Although I am sure that this mmo would be worth checking out it is just not the same. And Jake the Dog should do voice over again.

Wtb Black & White but a third new game. I'm so sad that we are never gonna see a third game in that genre because imo it was genius and there is/was no other game like it.
