Something went wrong where the game wouldn't launch from pressing play. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but now I can't even download the launcher. It's telling me to close down all applications and turn off all anti-virus. I did that but I keep getting the same message.

I would ask on the forums but I've been banned for a long time.
