How to change your BattleTag?

Sorry for the stupid question but i currently hate my battle tag name and I'm going to be using it a lot soon with D3. I've had a look but i can't find any options to battle tag name change....is there an option? And if there isn't i hope they make one because I'd pay for it.

Hmm, I'm sure when I logged into my Battle.Net account in the account management page I had a "change battle tag" option next to the battle tag.
