So what to do when you hit level 60 in Diablo 3? Any endgame content or something? Anything else besides PvP?

You do Inferno starting around level 60.

Is it same thing just insane difficulty or kind of continuation of the story?

Same thing with insane difficulty, although many monsters will have new abilities (e.g Waller, Grenadier)
