Errr requires a newer OS?

Hello!

So first of all I am new and I dont know much about computers so bare with my stupidity! When I click install, I get a message saying Diablo 3 needs a newer OS and then it won't install. When I click on more information and look at minimum requirements, it says windows vista under there... and I have windows vista. I feel like this is a ridiculously stupid question, but I don't know where else to ask, but what am I doing wrong? Is my windows vista not up to date? :/

I would say I saw a post similar to yours on the official forums, but seeing as their servers are melting at the moment... sorry :\. Take dream's suggestions I spose!

Bashing of vista aside, which does nothing to help the OP.
It was an unhelpful message at the very least, which is obviously an oversight by blizzard.

Okay thanks a lot guys I'll take dreams suggestion and we'll see! Its downloading 2 missing updates now and hopefully it'll work after that. If not i'l post again hopefull someone knows what to do. thanks again!
