What would you expect the AVERAGE wow player clear in a raid for a season?

I watched a video about optimal settings, within it, it was shown that you could have permanent enemy healthy bars, as opposed to just the mouseover ones. However when I enable/disable the setting in options. It just enables or disables the mouseover show health bars. Is there a way to make them show regardless of mouse positioning?

You're doing something wrong. It works fine.
The enemy health bars do not show when the enemy has full health. Do a bit of aoe damage to a pack and you'll see them.

Press D, I think that's what you're looking for.
If its not D then just faceroll some of the keys around D because i know its one of them just cannot remember.
