Diablo 3 Achivements

hey guys, so i just comleated diablo on nightmare difficulty and me and my friends arnt getting the achivements, theres alot of achivemetns we havent got that we should of, anybody know if they are bugged or anything? thanks

I want to say its bugged. Im drawing this conclusion because for me personally i have gotten the same achievement a couple of times.
