Lagging during combat.

Some times I will experience a lag spike.
99% of the time during combat.

I have narrowed down to be perhaps from either quartz, moveanything, WhoaUnitFrames, or SFILTER.

Does anyone have experience with lag coming from these addons?

I'm not sure what to do as I dont think they could be caused by any of these addons.. but when I run default it does not lag.

try and find out exactly what addon it is? just enable them one by one until you find which one makes you lag in combat. and make sure they are all up to date and stuffs.
