Which class do you plan taking through Hardcore, and why?

Which class do you plan on running Hardcore with? Any specific reason, any specific abilities that you think might be useful for not getting gibbed. Anything?

Myself I'm thinking Demonhunter due to good control and nice ways to get out of trouble.

I have not yet played the game long enough or gotten to know the different classes well enough to make that decision to be honest. At a guess I would say Monk, cause of the heals or Witch Doctor, cause that's the class I'm most comfortable with and WD has some nice abilities to let you survive if you get far enough to unlock them, even a passive that brings you back to 10% health when you die, once every 90 seconds. But to be honest, too soon for this question for me.

I would say barb, mainly because he is so tanky and with a shield you are nearly unkillable. Also he got an aoe stun and other nifty stuff that can help you on hardcore.

Anyone who does hardcore be prepared to rage when you die do to lag. Just be ready for that.
