Auction House Rollbacks?

Anyone else just experience an auction house rollback?

I relogged and about 15 items that sold aren't in the Auction House log(neither is the gold)
and the items disappeared from the sell tab that were waiting to be sold.

I can't even access it. I just get "Cannot Get Your Payment Info, Error 31024".

For the first time in a long time I'm very disappointed with Blizzard. This Auction House is a hot mess 90% of the time and very frustrating when you need a piece of gear that just isn't dropping.

Maybe someone found a cheat/exploit in the AH, and they shut it down to prevent it to be used further until they fix it.

A rollback would be a logical if that had happened, to remove any transactions connected to ill-gained funds or materials. (not saying the OP was doing something bad, but maybe he/she bought or sold something from or to someone who did, and rollbacks chains to those in direct contact with those who did)
