Low Crit?

I feel like i have extremely low crit, and thus low Pyro procs, is there anything about my gear?

You do have low crit, but it's a result of your items that have hit/haste on it and aren't reforged. You have many items that have hit/haste as stats on them, thus you should reforge all the haste on them to crit, including your VP trinket. You have 2600 haste which is way over the cap, and completely a dps loss.
